THE BUYER HAS 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO INFORM US OF HIS REQUEST FOR RETURN.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AS IS, AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER. PLEASE CONTACT US THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM BEFOREHAND BEFORE A PRODUCT RETURN OR MAKE THE REQUEST DIRECTLY ON YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

ANY RETURN OF ORDER WITHOUT INFORMING OUR TEAMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. THE RETURN IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. ANY RETURN MUST BE MADE BY A CARRIER WHO OFFERS THE COUNTER-SIGNATURE DISCOUNT. IF THE RETURN IS SENT BY THE CUSTOMER IN A MAILBOX OR IN A RELAY, OR WITHOUT SIGNATURE, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS GOOD DELIVERY. IF THE PACKAGE IS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED, AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN AMOUNT.

REFUNDS ARE MADE ON THE MEANS USED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 72H AFTER RECEIPT AND CONTROL OF THE RETURN.

FOR ANY EXCHANGE, WE INVITE YOU TO RETURN THE ORDER BY FOLLOWING THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND TO PLACE A NEW ORDER WITH THE DESIRED SIZE.
